Fireside Chat – Navigating Disruption, Fostering Innovation
At the event, I also had the privilege of witnessing a captivating fireside chat as the stage was graced by the presence of Manoj Chugh, a seasoned industry veteran, and Manish Gupta, Vice President & General Manager, at Dell Technologies. Moderating the conversation was Mridu Bhandari, Anchor & Editor at CNBC-TV18.
The discussion unfolded as a rich array of insights, shedding light on successful strategies that pave the way for innovation. The first aspect delved into the importance of cross-functional collaboration. The speakers discussed how breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across different teams and expertise areas can lead to the birth of greater ideas and groundbreaking solutions.
Embracing experimentation emerged as the second key focus. The speakers also emphasized that the culture of experimentation not only accelerates the innovation process but also promotes a fearless approach to tackling challenges head-on.
The conversation further revolved around nurturing a mindset that embraces change, values continuous learning, and thrives on adaptation.

Moreover, the Celebrity Chat Session that is lined up adds to the excitement. The chance to watch the Tennis sensation Sania Mirza Live and hear all about her inspiring journey on and off the court is something I simply can’t wait for.
